Weekly Meetings Emperor_Larsen: A fairly decent turn out for our first meeting back on our original meeting day of Monday. A reminder to all CMDRs and PCMDRs to make sure your sub-ordinates know of this change so they can attend as well. Emperor_Larsen: 2.) The War Room Emperor_Larsen: A major update for the War Room, and a first for the Imperial Order - The first ever IO Battle for Galactic Battlegrounds has been released and is now available for downloading. MG Ty1 is hereby awarded with the Medal Tacticus {MT} for a job well done. Congratulations Ty! Emperor_Larsen: On the XvT front - the conversions for Battle 26 have been completed and I'm now moving to the testing phase, as some a couple of bugs were found the first time around. I hope to have them bug-free and ready for release by our next meeting. Emperor_Larsen: 3.) Training Office Update Emperor_Larsen: New recruit applications have been slim lately...in fact I have not received any new applications since last Monday. I want to remind *everyone* that it is part of your duty to recruit wherever and whenever possible, either on the Net or in RL, both have plenty of resources for recruiting new members. Emperor_Larsen: There is a recruiting FAQ online, if you're unsure of the procedure involved. IRC Activities Emperor_Larsen: I have a feedback thread on the Main Network of the Holonet up at http://www.imperialorder.org/ubb/ultimatebb.php?ubb=get_topic;f=1;t=000334 So far, the respsonse for the online IRC mousebot races has been very good, so I will be in contact with the Morale Office this week to get that rolling. Tournaments Emperor_Larsen: Now that we have Saturdays free for online MP and RP gaming, I will be planning some tournaments for everyone to participate in. However, I will be starting a thread on the Main Network for any ideas, comments, or feedback on how to improve our holding of tournaments. Emperor_Larsen: 6.) Domain Pages Emperor_Larsen: I've been working on a new layout for the Domain pages. The first new design didn't suit my vision, so I've started anew, as I'm trying to give the main domain pages a more portal style feel. This is taking some long-term planning, so I may decide to put up the other format I did last week. So if you notice the domain pages changing over this week, don't panic Emperor_Larsen: 7.) TI Deadline Emperor_Larsen: A reminder that files for the 52nd edition of the TI are due into me by February 25th! RA_J-Curgenven: They have to be sutible to fit within any page of the IO, and as such it has been sugested that they are in greyscale, however we'll take submissions of any type. RA_J-Curgenven: And yes, for all you money grabbers out there, any banner used will be rewared with 10,000 IC's and the best one will recieve a SPM, or a BS depending on the quality RA_J-Curgenven: Finaly...
