Congratulations in Order Emperor_Larsen: I'd like to extend congratulations to the following officers, who received appointments since our last meeting: Emperor_Larsen: Brigadier General Jjerrows on his appointment to Furious Wing Commander Emperor_Larsen: Brigadier General Kryptonite on his appointment to Furious Wing Executive Officer Emperor_Larsen: Brigadier General Shrike on his appointment to Warbird Wing Executor Officer and Assistant to the Flight Office Emperor_Larsen: Congratulations to each of these officers! Emperor_Larsen: 2.) Treatise Imperialis Delay Emperor_Larsen: Due to the fact that I have received a mere FIVE submittals for TI 52 since the beginning of January, I will not release the TI this week. Emperor_Larsen: It will be delayed until the end of March for people to get some submittals in. The TI is just one of our indicators of how active and Emperor_Larsen: how much officers contribute to the Order, and to see the submittals so low is a bit disappointing. The new deadline is now March 26th. Emperor_Larsen: I would very much like to see *every* squadron and platoon have at least two or three submittals total...for the squadron or platoon that Emperor_Larsen: sends in the most, I will personally award them with a squadron/platoon citation. Emperor_Larsen: Submittals, as always, go to me via email - emperor@imperialorder.net with the subject line of "TI Submittal" Emperor_Larsen: 3.) War Room Update Emperor_Larsen: - Battle 26 in XvT Format was released last week, it can be downloaded via the War Room. When you complete the battle, send your pilot file to your Emperor_Larsen: Squadron Commander so you can recieve the battle medal and be added to the Battleboard. For those not in Wing I, you can send you pilot file Emperor_Larsen: directly to me. Emperor_Larsen: - The XWA format for 26 is under construction, and once the missions have been fully created and tested, they will be released for play. Emperor_Larsen: - I've also begun construction on the TIE and XvT formats for Battle 27 - The Fall of the Atrivis Sector, and MG Ty1 has begun work on creating the Emperor_Larsen: Battlegrounds levels for the battle. Tentative release for Battle 27 is April 1st. Emperor_Larsen: 4.) Imperial Olympics Emperor_Larsen: Work is progressing steadily in the setup for the Olympics. I have the basic outlines for TIE, XvT, and XWA sections down. Emperor_Larsen: Since this will be a month long competition, it will take place over four weekends, the month of April will be Imperial Olympics month. Emperor_Larsen: The sections will steadily increase in difficulty as we move through the whole competition. Training Office Update Emperor_Larsen: - We now have a new Training Diploma! I have chosen the diploma made by Major Dev, and I hereby award him with a Bronze Star for a job well done! Emperor_Larsen: - I also pleased to report that recruitment has been increased in the past week, but that does not mean everyone should go lax on their recruiting efforts! Emperor_Larsen: Everyone should do their best to try to recruit as often as they can! Emperor_Larsen: That is all from Imperial Command for today.
