You have proven, not only to the rest of the Empire, but to yourselves, that you can strive to become a better officer. Imperial Development was designed to do this, and I am pleased to see so many officers particpating in the courses, Emperor_Larsen: I would like to see every officer in the Imperial Order make it a personal goal to not only take each course IDEV offers, but to complete them successfully and put the skills you learn to the betterment of the Empire! Emperor_Larsen: I'd also like to once again thank Rear Admiral Max for his dedication to IDEV and constantly improving on the courses offered there.
